The number one issue facing business today is stress. Closely followed by the inability to manage it. In this workshop Merv will explain how the study he did at Deakin University last year, showed that laughter can increase General Life Satisfaction, Personal Wellbeing, Mood, Self Esteem, Optimism, Control, and Workplace Wellbeing, while decreasing Stress, Depression, and Anxiety, by up to 10%, in just one session. He will also share his unique philosophy and template to achieve Work Life Balance, and improve Emotional Health and Mental Fitness in the workplace.
