Hannah knew it all about stress after experiencing a difficult relationship breakup, narrowly escaping personal bankruptcy, and mental breakdown. And then she lost what little was left standing in her life in 15 seconds during the 2011 Christchurch earthquake. She then endured 20 housing shifts in the following 4 months with her 2 children.
In this workshop you will learn the full meaning of the word resilience, and how laughter can help in the face of dire adversity. Hannah will also share how the techniques she uses help people suffering in Mental Health and Aged Care facilities, and with Prisoners.
